The quiet pool was a treat, there was lots of room to spread out. We could easily got onto a promenade and walk outside the hotel. The hotel as architecturally lovely, with lush trees and interesting features. Staff were lovely, our cleaner was so nice. The room was immaculate, the pool cat was a bonus. There was loads for children to do, we wished we'd brought our grandchildren. We've never been to Tenerife and I feel this hotel has spoilt us for visiting any others

- The resort is very nice and very clean - The gardens are very beautiful - The staff is very friendly and they speak a good English compared to other regions of Spain - The buffet for breakfast and dinner is very good and you have a lot of options, the dinner has a thematic that changes every day - Each night you can enjoy a different show in the resort while enjoying drinks from bar - Direct view to sunset from bar terrace - Adults only pool & area

Adina

Beautiful location, very clean, staff incredibly friendly and professional. As a solo traveller, I appreciated not being uncomfortably singled out (which often happens at resorts), and actually was respectfully treated. Even placed in quieter areas and at nice restaurant tables.

Teresa

Location and overall facilities, pools etc. Food was from very good to excellent in all restaurants we tried. Asian at Nami was exceptional. Customer service and human interactions were also exceptional.

Theo

Very Big space with different pool area. Big room. Great service and staff.
